The Honolulu Board of REALTORS® released the first quarter resale figures below based on data collected from its computerized Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system.  The number of homes and condos sold are for the year-to-date for 2012 and 2011.  The median prices cited below are year-to-date for 2012 and 2011 as well.

New Purchase Contract

The Honolulu Board of Realtors® released a new Purchase Contract.  It must be used in all transactions dated on or after May 1, 2012.  In my opinion, the content is much the same, but it is organized differently.  The contract grew from 12 to 13 pages.  Take a look:

The Honolulu Board of REALTORS® released the April 2012 residential resales statistics.  According to the analysis conducted by the Board, using data collected from its computerized Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system, the statistics are:
