Capitol Place has a great range of amenities that will appeal to nearly everyone and there is a really nice mix of apartments for sale in the community right now.  Whether you need one, two or three bedrooms, several of each are available at different floor heights.  Despite a couple of slow winter months, sales have been strong and it appears that trend will continue into the summer.</p>
